Hello, I'm Rachel, a certified Nutrition and Health Coach and I am passionate about health.

I know what it's like to struggle with chronic health issues that affect your quality of life. I've been there myself.

I was diagnosed with borderline thyroid disorder and osteoarthritis in my 30's and now face the challenge of perimenopause symptoms in my 40's. My family has a history of chronic illness, heart disease and autoimmune conditions.

7 years ago, I decided to take charge of my health and prevent my family history of chronic diseases from affecting me. I knew there had to be a better way to live. That's when I decided to find natural solutions that work for me. I researched extensively, experimented with different diets and lifestyle changes, and discovered the power of a healthy lifestyle. I learned how to nourish my body, mind, and soul with wholefoods, exercise, meditation, and self-care. I was amazed by the results. My energy levels soared, my mood improved, my pain subsided, and my hormones balanced. I felt like a new person.

Now, I want to share my experience and knowledge with you. As a Nutrition and Health Coach, I can help you manage and overcome your own health challenges and achieve your wellness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, boost your immunity, reduce inflammation, or manage your hormones, I can guide you on your journey to optimal health. Becoming a Nutrition and Health Coach. 

I used to work in retail, a career I had for many years, but I always felt like I wanted to do something more meaningful with my life. I was interested in health and wellness, but I didn't have any formal education or training in that field. So I decided to take a leap of faith and enroll in a Nutrition and Health Coaching course with IINH.

That was the best decision I ever made.

Since then, I have completed numerous courses on nutrition, plant based nutrition, menopause courses and read many books. I have learned so much about how to help people improve their health and happiness through personalised plans with easy and simple healthy diet and lifestyle changes. 

I am now a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach and a member of the UKICHA professional body. I love working with my clients and seeing them transform their lives. I feel like I have found my true calling and passion.

I am so grateful for this educational journey that has led me to where I am today.
