I'm Rachel Crowder, and I launched my own nutrition and health coaching business in January 2024. My journey into this field began when I enrolled as a Nutrition and Health Coaching student at the Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH) in March 2023.

When I started my nutrition and health coaching business, I make a lot of mistakes. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure everything out on my own. I completed my course in October 2023 but didn't start my business until January 2024 as a result of my mistakes and time wasted.
