I attended Rachel Crowder Nutrition Zoom classes. I wanted to be more in control of my body to help me feel better and look better.

I found Rachel Crowder Nutrition online and I signed up for two classes 80 minute and then a 60 minute all on Zoom so you can make an appointment and talk with Rachel from the comfort of your own home. The information that she gave me on certain foods was great all of which I didn't know. But by making changing small things in my diet I have really noticed how my body feels better and healthier. I feel more confident to look at other ways to improve my body to tone it lose more weight. I can assure you I would recommend Rachael Crowder for nutritional support. Thanks Rachel!

2 Class programme

Before I started my coaching with Rachel, I was taking paracetamol regularly along with a PPI for stomach pains.  My diet was really restrictive as everything I ate made the pain worse.  After the coaching sessions I no longer

have the stomach pains, I feel lighter with so much more energy.  I have also stopped taking the PPI.  I am enjoying food again all be it with a completely different diet.  The small changes that Rachel advised at each session were doable and I felt supported and motivated to continue these as I could already feel the benefits. An additional plus has also been that my skin is clearer and my clothes fit better. Rachel’s coaching style was motivating & informative. Excellent advice and informative guidance… Rachel was introduced to me through the type two diabetes remission program as I was having issues with food intolerance. Having sent a test kit I then

took the required sample and sent it to a UK based laboratory. The results were extremely interesting as out of 200 food types it showed a clear aversion to 3 main ones. Cows milk, Egg white and Soya. I’ve been following the advice from Rachel for over a month now and have noticed a considerable improvement in my day-to-day well-being. She arranged a thorough coaching session with me and has sent a large amount of information to guide me towards a healthier lifestyle. As a Pilates and Fitness instructor, I knew I needed to up my protein intake, so I signed up to Rachel’s SHE G.L.O.W.S meal plan. The plan is so well laid out. So many options for high protein meals and menus. Very easy to

Over the past 20 years I have tried many diets from weight watchers to the cabbage diet. They all worked in the short term but because I was depriving myself of food they failed eventually and I gained

I am working with Rachel on a 12 week plan, primarily to reduce my cholesterol but as I am peri-menopausal; just to feel more energy and try to feel better in myself.
I am only on the plan a few weeks and the

difference is incredible! I have far more energy and never feel hungry between meals. If I do snack, Rachel has provided lots of very healthy alternatives, with the result that I no longer crave chocolate, cakes, pastries etc. Rachel is very kind and understanding, and really took the time to listen and understand my different issues.
