Welcome to our online nutrition and health coaching service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.-

One to One Nutrition and Health Coaching Services: Our service is intended to provide you with general guidance and support on nutrition and health topics. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle. - Our service is based on your personal goals, preferences, and needs. However, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve any specific results or outcomes. You are responsible for following the recommendations and instructions we provide, as well as monitoring your progress and adjusting your plan accordingly. - Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or effective. We disclaim all liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of or inability to use our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. - You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information about yourself when you sign up for our service. You agree to update your information as needed to keep it accurate, complete, and current. You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. - You agree to use our service in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not use our service for any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or offensive purposes. You will not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our service or the servers or networks that host it. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to or modify any part of our service or its content.

1. 1:1 Nutritional Programmes Our 1:1 programmes represent a commitment of time and clinical expertise. Initial Consultation: If you cancel your initial consultation with more than 48 hours notice, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a late cancellation fee. In-Progress Programmes: If you choose to withdraw from a multi-month programme before the initial consultation is held, a full refund will be issues. Bespoke Assets: Please note that refunds are not available on in progress programmes once the custom meal plans have been delivered due to the digital nature of the work. The fees cover the intellectual property and time spent creating the plan. Once the intial consultation has occurred and the meal plan has been delivered, the service is considered "rendered". 2. Functional Testing (Food Intolerance & Microbiome) We partner with external laboratories to provide clinical-grade testing. Before Kit Dispatch: If you change your mind before the test kit has been dispatched from the lab, a full refund (minus a small admin fee) is available. After Kit Dispatch: Once a test kit has been mailed to you, the cost of the kit and shipping is non-refundable. Completed Tests: Once a sample has been received by the laboratory and processing has begun, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances. 3. Gut365 App Subscription Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: Access to the Gut365 app is billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations. 4. Digital Products & Resources Due to the immediate access and "consumable" nature of digital downloads (e.g., recipe e-books, educational PDFs, or pre-recorded webinars), these items are non-refundable once the download link has been sent or accessed. Mentoring Services Refund Policy My mentoring services are designed for those ready to commit to deep personal and professional growth. Because mentoring relies on a reserved block of time and a dedicated 1-to-1 relationship, the following terms apply: 1. Mentoring Packages & Sessions Individual Sessions: Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the session being forfeited without a refund. Unused Sessions: If you purchase a multi-session mentoring bundle and decide to discontinue the relationship, you are required to give 2 weeks notice. Any refund on any unbooked sessions will have an administrative and processing fee. Completed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for sessions that have already taken place. 2. The "Commitment" Period Mentoring often involves an initial intensive phase where resources and strategy documents are shared. Digital Onboarding: Similar to my nutrition plans, any custom strategy documents, audit reports, or proprietary mentoring toolkits delivered digitally at the start of our engagement are non-refundable. Termination: Either party may terminate the mentoring relationship with 2 weeks notice. If I (the Mentor) choose to terminate the agreement for reasons other than a breach of terms, you will be refunded pro-rata for all remaining sessions. 3. Non-Transferability Mentoring sessions are non-transferable. They are specifically tailored to your individual goals and cannot be "gifted" or sold to a third party once the initial discovery or intake session has been completed. 4. Late Arrivals Time is a shared resource. If you are late to a scheduled mentoring call, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments. No partial refunds or "make-up time" will be provided for late starts. A Note on Success: Mentoring is a collaborative process. While I provide the framework, tools, and guidance, the results depend on your implementation and engagement. As such, refunds are not provided based on "expected outcomes" or subjective satisfaction, but rather on the delivery of the service itself.

Deposit Policy: Non-Refundable Deposit All deposits paid to secure services are strictly non-refundable. If you decide to cancel or change your mind after paying the deposit, the amount will not be refunded. Refunds for Service Non-Delivery The deposit will only be refunded if the service cannot be provided by us due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. Commitment to Your Booking By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept these terms, and your deposit serves as confirmation of your commitment to proceed with the service. Exceptions No exceptions will be made outside of the conditions stated above. Gift Card Policy: Gift cards and eGift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, as per Irish legislation (Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019). - Gift cards and eGift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged or refunded. - Gift cards and eGift cards can be used to pay for goods and services on our website, in full or in part, depending on the balance available. - Gift cards and eGift cards are not subject to any fees or charges. - Gift cards and eGift cards are not transferable and can only be used by the named individual on the voucher. - We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards and we will not replace them.

Service Offering Policy: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our service at any time without prior notice or liability. We may also change these terms and conditions at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
