"Before I started my coaching with Rachel, I was taking paracetamol regularly along with a PPI for stomach pains.  My diet was really restrictive as everything I ate made the pain worse.  After the coaching sessions I no longer have the stomach pains, I feel lighter with so much more energy.  I have also stopped taking the PPI.  I am enjoying food again all be it with a completely different diet. The small changes that Rachel advised at each session were doable and I felt supported and motivated to continue these as I could already feel the benefits. An additional plus has also been that my skin is clearer and my clothes fit better. Rachel’s coaching style was motivating & informative.
