Daily bloating and Pain
"There is no denying the difference I feel!
I have had literally no heartburn, indigestion or bloating for the last six weeks. My energy levels are so much higher, I have lost that groggy feeling completely. I have lost around 5 kilos. My hair and skin are better, I'm getting a big head from all the compliments! All in all, I can't thank you enough. It was definitely the right decision to seek help, now I am wondering why it took me so long to reach out. "

Digestive Issues
"I recently had the need to test for food intolerances having fobbed it off for years. After finding Rachel Crowder Nutrition online, 3 days later Rachel was sitting in my kitchen taking a test! Offering free house calls if you live in Meath. Rachel came back to my home to go through the results in detail offering such useful advice on next steps. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone!

Son's bloating and pain
After noticing my son's tummy discomfort, I decided to order a food intolerance test. The results were eye-opening and led to makin a number of changes to my son's diet. Since then, the improvement in my son has been remarkable. He's more energetic, happier, and the digestive issues have gone. I'm grateful for the insights the test provided and highly recommend Rachel and her services to any parent considering it for their child.
