To introduce myself, I'm Rachel a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach who specialises in helping busy people over 35 achieve their wellness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain energy, improve your mood, or just feel better in your own skin, I'm here to guide you along the way.


You might be wondering why you need a coach like me especially if you are looking to lose weight. After all, there are health apps, plenty of diets, supplements, and fitness programs out there that promise quick and easy results. But do they really work? The answer is no they don't. They might work for a while, but then you end up feeling frustrated, deprived, or worse, unhealthy.


Why quick fix diets don't work - the truth is, most of them are not sustainable, effective, or tailored to your unique needs and preferences. They often involve cutting out entire food groups, restricting calories or taking supplements that can have harmful side effects and interfere with any medication you might be taking. These diets cause you to lose some water weight at first, but they slow your metabolism and make you lose muscle mass. This means that when you go back to your normal eating habits, you will gain back the weight and maybe even more. Quick fix diets are not the solution for long-term weight loss or wellness. Instead you should focus on eating a balanced diet that includes a variety of foods, drinking plenty of water and being physically active. These habits will help you achieve your goals and maintain them for life.

What makes me qualified to help you? Well, for starters, I have extensive nutrition knowledge and coaching experience. I have had an interest in nutrition and health for the past decade learning everything I could and this year I decided to take the plunge and make a career change. I have completed numerous certifications from reputable organisations such as the IINH, eCornell and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. I'm also a member of UKICHA who leading professional body for Health Coaches in the UK and internationally. Members of the UKIHCA are fully qualified and credentialed professionals. The Health Coaching industry is unregulated


But more importantly, I have a passion for helping people like you transform their lives. I know what it's like to struggle with health issues, stress, and low energy. I've been there myself. And I also know what it's like to overcome them and feel amazing. I've done it myself. I've been on the weight loss journey over the years too and learnt the hard way from making the same mistakes in the past too.
